6000 new jobs in Torremolinos...

6000 new jobs when Intu Costa del Sol finally gets green light, construction to start next year.

Intu Properties and its partner Eurofund to invest €850,000,000 in the creation of one of southern Europe’s largest commercial parks, consistent of 235,000sqm commercial space and leisure areas with more than 70 restaurants, a ferris wheel, an auditorium and much more.

The project surely looks astonishing and are expected to attract 30 million visitors yearly and will most likely be a tourist magnet in itself. The park is designed to to be sustainable, with a commitment to renewable energy that will make it use 70% less than sites of a similar size.

The project is expected to be finished in 2023.
